Melanie Dancer is an experienced governance adviser, accredited mediator and investigator with more than 25 years’ experience across policing, government, human services and the not-for-profit sector.She brings extensive experience in executive leadership, community consultation, disability and aged care, psychological safety, investigations and trauma-informed engagement. She has worked alongside boards, business owners, employees, volunteers, government agencies and communities to turn difficult issues into practical and sustainable action.Melanie holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and is an AMDRAS-accredited mediator.Memberships: Professional Member of the Resolution Institute & Professional member of the Global AI Certification Council (GAICC)
